PEANUT BUTTER KITCHEN INSTALLATION

Scope of implementation

The project involved the creation of a complete control infrastructure for a new peanut butter line, including the preparation of design documentation, the prefabrication of control cabinets, and full electrical assembly.

A key element was the integration of the new installation with the existing bar line, as well as with the current recipe and reporting system. The solutions implemented ensured smooth communication between the technological lines, full control of process parameters, and cohesive production management.

AUTOMATION OF THE PEANUT BUTTER LINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BARS

We implemented a comprehensive project to launch a new nut cream line, fully integrated with the existing bar preparation line. The scope of work included the complete implementation cycle - from design and cabinet prefabrication, through the installation of electrical systems, to software and control system integration.
