ASSEMBLY AND COMMISSIONING
COMMISSIONING AND SYSTEM TESTING
Once assembly is completed, the system commissioning phase begins. This stage includes:
Verification of connection correctness – checking installation compliance with technical documentation and verifying circuit continuity.
Control software configuration – uploading PLC programs, configuring communication interfaces, calibrating sensors, and setting drive operating parameters.
Functional testing – verifying system response in accordance with defined control sequences, safety logic, and input/output signals.
Motion tests and load trials – simulating or operating under actual production conditions.
AUTOMATION SYSTEM INSTALLATION
The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and telecommunication activities, such as:
Installation of control cabinets, operator panels, and actuator modules
Routing of cable trays and installation of signal, power, and communication cables
Connection of peripheral devices, including sensors, converters, drives, and actuators
Labeling of wires and components in accordance with technical documentation
The installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems are a crucial stage in the implementation of technical solutions, directly affecting their reliability, safety, and work efficiency. This process includes both the installation of the physical components of the system and the configuration of software, parameterization of devices, and tests to verify correct operation.
