DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
Design and implementation of an automation system for fruit infusion installations using sugar syrup. The production line enables the simultaneous manufacture of two final products:
Fruits intended for subsequent drying
Fruit juice collected in buffer tanks
The installation was designed to ensure stable process operation, high parameter repeatability, and full integration of all technological sections.
