WHAT DOES THE AUTOMATION PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
Most often it proceeds in 5 stages:
1. Needs analysis and system concept,
2. Electrical design and component selection,
3. Prefabrication of cabinets and installation assembly,
4. PLC, HMI, SCADA programming,
5. Commissioning, testing, and operator training.
Do you also integrate devices from other suppliers?
Yes. We integrate devices and technological lines from various manufacturers (PLC, inverters, sensors, measurement systems). We ensure communication in protocols such as: Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP, and others.
What automation systems do you implement?
We implement comprehensive automation systems based on PLC controllers, SCADA, HMI, and drive systems. We create projects from scratch: from electrical documentation, through the prefabrication of control cabinets, to software development and commissioning of installations.
