Scope of work

 

As part of the project, the following was implemented:

  • migration of the driver software from the Siemens SIMATIC TI505 platform to Allen-Bradley GuardLogix,

  • complete replacement of the old control and field cabling,

  • replacement and reconfiguration of process sensors,

  • migration and modernization of the visualization system to the FactoryTalk View SE 13 platform,

  • functional testing and commissioning of the installation after modernization.

Scope of the project

 

The project involved a comprehensive modernization of the control system for the rubber coating process. The goal was to replace the outdated and unsupported Siemens SIMATIC TI505 platform with a modern and secure solution based on Allen-Bradley GuardLogix controllers.

The modernization allowed for increased reliability of the installation, improved safety, and prepared the system for further development and integration with modern industrial automation solutions.
