The line processed raw cocoa beans in several technological stages:

1. Receipt and transport of raw material

Handling of pneumatic transports and conveying lines for cocoa beans.

2. Preliminary processing

Integration with technological machines:

  • roaster

  • alkalizer

 

3. Grinding

  • first stage mill

  • three-stage mill

  • Process leading to the production of cocoa mass.

 

4. Processing of cocoa mass

  • press for separating cocoa butter

  • further processing stages into cocoa powder

  • deodorization of cocoa butter

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

Design and implementation of an automation system for a complete technological line for cocoa bean processing — from raw beans in shells to cocoa mass, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder.

The line enables both the transfer of cocoa mass for further processing within the plant and its complete in-house processing into final products.
