SCOPE AND OVERVIEW OF WORK

The project included full integration of control and supervision of the sugar syrup production process. Each of the 24 tanks was equipped with an independent recipe management system, enabling precise control of ingredients and process parameters.

We also implemented an advanced rinsing function and CIP procedures to ensure a high level of hygiene and minimize downtime between production batches. Automatic sequencing of process stages provides repeatability and full control over process quality.

A GUARANTEE OF QUALITY IN EVERY BATCH

As part of the project, we modernized and commissioned a complete batch sugar syrup preparation line, including the dismantling of the existing installation, integration of new equipment, and full start-up of the production process. Our goal was to deliver a fully automated, flexible, and safe system that meets the customer’s requirements in terms of both performance and quality control.
