scope of work

 

As part of the project, the following activities were completed:

  • migration of the controller software from the Siemens SIMATIC TI505 platform to Allen-Bradley GuardLogix,

  • complete replacement of the legacy control and field wiring,

  • replacement and reconfiguration of process sensors,

  • migration and modernization of the visualization system to the FactoryTalk View SE 13 platform,

  • functional testing and commissioning of the installation after modernization.

SCOPE OF PROJECT

 

The project included a comprehensive modernization of the control system for the rubber coating process. The objective was to replace the obsolete and unsupported Siemens SIMATIC TI505 platform with a modern and safe solution based on Allen-Bradley GuardLogix controllers.

The modernization increased system reliability, improved safety, and prepared the installation for further development and integration with modern industrial automation solutions.
