PROJECT OUTCOME

 

  • a fully automated internal logistics system based on AGVs,

  • full traceability and control of rubber flow,

  • reduction of manual work and minimization of operator error risk.

INSTALLATION DESCRIPTION

 

The installation consisted of:

  • a rubber transport line,

  • docking stations for mobile silos,

  • a rubber distribution line supplying the packaging lines.

 

The system was responsible for full coordination of silo movements and management of process information, including:

  • issuing commands to AGV vehicles to position the appropriate silos at specific stations,

  • storing and updating data related to the product contained in the silos,

  • identifying silos based on RFID tags,

  • automatic and safe docking of mobile silos.

SCOPE OF WORK

 

As part of the project, the following activities were carried out:

  • design of the automation system and control logic of the installation,

  • installation of control cabinets and distributed I/O stations,

  • programming of PLC controllers and the safety system,

  • development of the operator visualization (HMI),

  • integration of the control system with AGV vehicles and the RFID system,

  • functional testing and commissioning of the installation.

PROJECT SCOPE

 

The project included the comprehensive design, installation, and software development of an automated system for the receiving, storage, and distribution of rubber using autonomous AGV vehicles.The objective of the implementation was to improve internal logistics, increase process repeatability, and ensure full product traceability at every stage of material flow.
