AUTOMATION AND SOFTWARE SCOPE

  • programming of the churns and infusion processes,

  • fruit conveying control,

  • sugar syrup handling and dosing,

  • juice buffer management,

  • CIP station integration,

  • process visualization, alarms, recipes, and operator interface.

The installation performed the fruit infusion process in several key stages:

1. Fruit unloading and conveying

Control of the raw material unloading section and fruit transport to the churns.

2. Infusion in the churns

  • filling the churns with fruit,

  • dosing of sugar syrup,

  • control of infusion time and process parameters.

 

3. Churn discharge

Separation of the fruit from the juice after completion of the process.

4. Sugar syrup preparation and distribution

  • syrup preparation station,

  • precise dosing to the churns.

 

5. Fruit juice handling

  • juice buffer tanks,

  • management of flow and tank levels.

 

6. CIP station

Automatic cleaning of the installation to ensure process hygiene and enable fast changeovers.

TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS DESCRIPTION

 
 
 

Design and implementation of an automation system for a fruit infusion installation using sugar syrup. The line enables the simultaneous production of two final products:

  • fruit directed to the subsequent drying process,

  • fruit juice collected in buffer tanks.

 

The installation was designed to ensure stable process operation, high parameter repeatability, and full integration of all technological sections.
