SCOPE AND OVERVIEW OF WORK

The project involved the complete integration of control and supervision of the sugar syrup production process. Each of the 24 tanks was fitted with an independent recipe management system, allowing precise control of ingredients and process parameters.

We also introduced an advanced rinsing function and CIP procedures to maintain a high level of hygiene and reduce downtime between production batches. Automatic sequencing of process stages ensures repeatability and full control over process quality.

As part of the project, we upgraded and launched a complete batch sugar syrup preparation line, which included dismantling the existing setup, integrating new machinery, and fully starting up the production process. Our objective was to provide a fully automated, flexible, and safe system that fulfills the customer’s requirements regarding performance and quality control.
