SCOPE OF AUTOMATION AND SOFTWARE

 

  • Software for butter machines and infusion processes

  • Control of fruit transport systems

  • Handling and dosing of sugar syrup

  • Management of juice buffers

  • Integration of CIP stations

  • Process visualization, alarms, recipes, and operator handling

The installation carried out the fruit infusion process in several key stages:

 

1. Unloading and transport of fruits

Controlling the raw material unloading section and transporting the fruits to the infusion tanks

2. Infusion process in the tanks

  • filling the tanks with fruits

  • dosing sugar syrup

  • monitoring the time and parameters of the infusion process

 

3. Unloading the infusion tanks

  • Separating the fruits from the juice after the process is completed.

 

4. Preparation and distribution of sugar syrup

  • syrup preparation station

  • precise dosing into the infusion tanks

 

5. Handling fruit juice

  • juice buffers

  • managing flow and levels of the tanks

 

6. CIP Station

  • Automatic washing of the installation ensuring hygiene of the process and quick changeovers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS 

The production line enables the simultaneous manufacture of two final products:

  • Fruits intended for subsequent drying

  • Fruit juice collected in buffer tanks

 

The installation was designed to ensure stable process operation, high parameter repeatability, and full integration of all technological sections.
