Effect of implementation

• fully integrated and automated chocolate coating line,

• stable process operation with a large number of devices and signals,

• clear process visualization in FactoryTalk View SE,

• system ready for further expansion and production optimization.

Description of the installation technology

The installation included:

• a central transport line from the depalletizing area,

• four covering drums,

• a chocolate cooling system,

• a high-pressure spraying line,

• a chocolate buffer,

• transport of coated centers to the next stages of the process.

The entire system was designed for smooth process operation, high-quality end product, and easy handling by operators.

SCOPE of WORK

As part of the project, the following was completed:

• the design of the automation system for the entire chocolate coating line,

• installation of control cabinets and distributed I/O cabinets,

• programming of the PLC controllers and safety system,

• creation and configuration of the operator visualization,

• integration of all technological devices into one control system,

• functional testing and commissioning of the production line.

Scope of the project

The project involved the comprehensive design, installation, and programming of a complete technological line for coating centers with chocolate. The implementation concerned both the control and visualization layer, as well as the integration of key technological devices into one cohesive production system.

The goal of the project was to create an efficient, reliable, and scalable installation that allows for precise control over the coating process and full control over the product flow.
