WHAT DOES THE AUTOMATION PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
It is most often carried out in 5 stages:
1. Needs analysis and system concept,
2. Electrical design and component selection,
3. Control cabinet fabrication and installation,
4. PLC, HMI and SCADA programming,
5. Commissioning, testing, and operator training.
DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE INTEGRATION OF THIRD-PARTY DEVICES?
Yes. We integrate devices and process lines from various manufacturers (PLCs, frequency converters, sensors, measurement systems).We ensure communication using protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP, and others.
WHAT AUTOMATION SYSTEMS DO YOU IMPLEMENT?
We deliver comprehensive automation systems based on PLC controllers, SCADA and HMI systems, as well as drive systems.We develop projects from scratch – from electrical documentation and control cabinet fabrication to software development and commissioning of installations.
