PROJECT OUTCOME

 

  • a fully integrated and automated chocolate coating line,

  • stable process operation despite a large number of devices and signals,

  • clear and intuitive process visualization in FactoryTalk View SE,

  • a system ready for further expansion and production optimization.

TECHNOLOGICAL INSTALLATION DESCRIPTION

 

The installation comprised:

  • a transport line for centers from the depalletizing area,

  • four coating drums,

  • a chocolate cooling system,

  • a high-pressure spray line,

  • a chocolate buffer,

  • transport of coated centers to subsequent stages of the process.

The entire system was designed to ensure smooth process operation, high final product quality, and ease of operation for line operators.

SCOPE OF WORK

 

As part of the project, the following activities were carried out:

  • design of the automation system for the entire chocolate coating line,

  • installation of control cabinets and distributed I/O cabinets,

  • programming of PLC controllers and the safety system,

  • development and configuration of the operator visualization (HMI),

  • integration of all technological equipment into a single control system,

  • functional testing and commissioning of the production line.

SCOPE OF PROJECT

 

The project included the comprehensive design, installation, and programming of a complete technological line for chocolate coating of centers. The scope covered both the control and visualization layers, as well as the integration of key technological equipment into a single, cohesive production system.

The objective of the project was to create an efficient, reliable, and scalable installation, enabling precise control of the coating process and full supervision of product flow.
