The line processed raw cocoa beans through several technological stages:

1. Raw material intake and transport

Handling of pneumatic conveying systems and cocoa bean transfer lines.

2. Pre-treatment

Integration with technological equipment:

  • roaster

  • cooler

  • alkalizer

 

3. Grinding

  • first-stage mill

  • three-stage millProcess leading to the production of cocoa liquor.

 

4. Cocoa liquor processing

  • press for cocoa butter separation

  • further processing stages for cocoa powder production

  • cocoa butter deodorization

SCOPE OF PROJECT

Design and implementation of an automation system for a complete cocoa bean processing line — from raw beans in shells to cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder.

The line allows both the transfer of cocoa liquor for further processing within the plant and its full processing within the installation into final products.
